The headline addition is Caviar Kaspia, the storied Parisian caviar institution, which chose The Mark for its only New York location: house favourites, caviar service and cocktails in a room designed with a nod to Russian expressionism. Does it have a spa and salon?

Yes, and the wellness offer grew stronger in 2026. The hotel has long housed a Frederic Fekkai salon for hair and beauty, which means the morning before a significant occasion can be handled without stepping outside. In early 2026 The Mark added an Augustinus Bader spa, bringing the treatments and products of the cult skincare brand in house.
